What to write about
- An account problem: you can't sign in, an email didn't arrive, or something isn't working.
- A privacy request: a copy of the information we hold about you, a correction, or deleting your account. We answer within 30 days.
- Abuse or a security problem: someone breaking the Terms of Service, or a weakness in Pinnie's security. Tell us what you saw, and where.
A group's games and money
Questions about a group's games, its prices or your balance go to the group's admins first: they run its games, they hold its money, and they can correct its records. Pinnie never holds, receives or sends money.
